- check-out：Before 11:00
- Elevators：Using room keys to take the elevator to guest floors.
- Breakfast time（Lobby floor Restaurant）
- Time：07:00 - 10:00（Please bring your room key）. Before 07:00 a breakfast box can be required by 20:00 of one day before.
- Peak hours will be split up into two sessions：
Session 1：7:00-8:30；Session 2：8:30-10:00. You may call front desk to make a reservation.
- Wi-Fi : Username: fabhotel / Password：26210333
- Phone Service：
- Room to room calls：Dial 9+room number.
- Front desk：Dial 7000.
- Domestic calls：Dial 3+number (Additional charges is required)
- Parking：Each room includes free parking for one vehicle until 12:00PM on check-out day. Free and direct access during the stay, no need to operate the payment machine.
- Aiello：Each room has AI speaker, which can set alarms, play music and provide local travel information.
- Each floor has water dispenser and ice machine. You may use the kettle and ice bucket in the room for using.
Locations: 3F-in the laundry room；5F-beside room 501；6F- beside room 601；7F- beside room 750.
- In response to environment protection policies, the hotel has stopped providing disposable amenities since December 1st,2023. Please kindly prepare personal toiletries. All rooms provide bath towels, 2-in-1 shower and shampoo, conditioner.
- We have vending machine on lobby floor.
- Laundry Service
- Free laundry room is on 3rd floor (laundry pods can be purchased at the vending machine)
- Regular laundry service and express service (Additional charge, the laundry service list is in the drawer under the open closet).
- Shuttle Service
- We offer free shuttle from the hotel to Tamsui MRT Station.The shuttle on holidays operates on a fixed schedule, the reservations are not required. Weekday shuttle service requires a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
- According to the TOBACCO HAZARDS PREVENTION ACT of Taiwan’s law, all the indoor areas (including balcony) are Non-Smoking. The hotel is able to charge cleaning fee NT$ 3,000 for one time. Smoking Area is at outside of the front gate.

To get to FAB Mall from guest room, please take the elevator to lobby floor, then switch the other one to the mall.
- PARKING FEE：
- Weekdays：$20/half an hour；Weekends & Holidays：$60/ half an hour.
- On-day receipts totaling NT$600 or more, you can have 3-hours parking discount (no including ambassador theatres)
- The member of village can have free parking according to membership levels:FAB-member/1 hour. FAB-Golden member/2 hours. FAB-Diamond member/3 hours. Parking discount is maximum to 5 hours within a day, according to membership levels.
FAB PLUS (2nd Floor)
- Opening hour：7:00-22:00
Including gym, children’s playground, stampede and DIY art craft.- Children play ground：7:00-21:00。
- Stampede：8:00-21:00 (A reservation is required).
- DIY art craft (A reservation is required).
