Operating hours are as follows:
■ Thursday to Monday: 14:00 to 22:00 (Last entry at 20:00)
■ Tuesday to Wednesday: Reservation required, 14:00 to 22:00 (Last entry at 20:00)
■ Regular operating hours during the Lunar New Year period and consecutive holidays
■ Same-day reservations are subject to availability, it is recommended to make reservations at least 1 week in advance. For consecutive holidays, it is advisable to reserve at least 2 weeks in advance.

■ Notes:
In the event of a natural disaster (force majeure), such as the area where the hotel is located being under a typhoon warning or major transportation disruptions, services will be suspended, and assistance will be provided to switch to another accommodation plan (subject to price difference).
For customers who have completed the reservation of the accommodation package and cancel on the same day, it will be treated as forfeiture, and the experience voucher will be canceled.
Any adjustments to the services will be announced separately or can be inquired through STONE SPA.

※ The STONE SPA accommodation package experience voucher is not applicable during the Lunar New Year period (from January 20th to January 29th, 2023).
